These terms govern the use of datasec.sa and its subdomains operated by Data Security for Cyber Security (DataSec), commercial registration 1010752666. Services we deliver to clients are governed by separate contracts, and these terms create no service contract.

The website's content describes our services and is for general information only. It is not security, legal or professional advice for any specific situation and does not replace a specialist assessment of your environment. References to laws and regulatory frameworks reflect our understanding at the date of publication; the official text issued by the competent authority prevails.

Examples and scenarios described on the website are illustrative unless stated otherwise.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. In case of conflict between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic text prevails.
